Stand Visibility Schedule
Each exhibitor stand becomes visible to visitors starting from a specific day, depending on its assigned category. This ensures that every themed area of GES 2026 opens in an organized and curated way.
When your stand becomes visible
Your stand will appear to visitors only from the day your category unlocks. Before that date, your stand will be hidden even if it has already been approved.
Important
Your stand may be approved earlier, but
It will only be visible to visitors starting from the official unlock day
You will receive a notification with your assigned category and visibility date

How to Request Your Stand
Follow these two simple steps to become an exhibitor at GES 2026.
Get the “Exhibitor Stand Request” Ticket
Go to the event page and select the Exhibitor Stand Request ticket.
This registers your interest as an exhibitor.
Complete the Exhibitor Application Form

The form will ask for:

Logo and materials
Confirmation of eligibility
